Puntarenas FC apostará por “La Barbie” para que les dirija el barco
El equipo porteño no duró ni una semana sin técnico desde que anunciaron la salida de Géiner Segura.
Pasaron tan solo unos días para que el equipo de Puntarenas FC, diera a conocer quien será su nuevo técnico luego de que se diera la salida del dirigente Géiner Segura.
Se trata del estratega argentino y naturalizado hondureño, Diego Vásquez, quien es mejor conocido como “La Barbie” y el que ahora será el encargado de dirigir el barco porteño.
Esta noticia la anunciaron los del PFC por medio de sus redes sociales, donde desde hace varias horas venían lanzando pistas de quien sería su nuevo dirigente.

En cuanto a la llegada de Vázquez al puerto, trascendió que es por un período de dos torneos cortos en un principio, asimismo, se indicó que “La Barbie” hace su llegada junto a su preparador físico de confianza Diego Negreira.
En cuanto a la carrera profesional de Vázquez, cabe destacar que es bastante exitosa en la primera división de Honduras donde dirigió al Motagua entre los años 2014 – 2022 y luego asumió las riendas de la selección nacional mayor de ese mismo país.
“La Barbie”, tras su paso por el Motagua consiguió cinco títulos nacionales y una súper copa, y con dichos logros se convirtió en el técnico más ganador en este club, por lo que sin duda su experiencia será de mucha ayuda para los chuchequeros.
