Quedan en libertad seis detenidos por disturbios en hospital de Heredia
Marco Morales Albertazzi se mantiene detenido a la espera de audiencia.
Seis de las personas aprehendidas por irrupción en el hospital San Vicente de Paul (HSVP), en Heredia, fueron puestas en libertad con medidas cautelares alternas a prisión tras prestar declaración ante el juez.
El presunto líder del grupo que se opone a la obligatoriedad de la vacuna anticovid en el país, Marco Morales Albertazzi, se mantiene detenido a la espera de audiencia.
“El Tribunal de Flagrancia de Heredia decidió remitir la causa al trámite ordinario, por lo que declinó la competencia. Con respecto a un hombre de apellido (Morales) Albertazzi, no se realizó la audiencia, ya que la fiscalía planteó tramitarlo en un proceso ordinario”, indicó el Poder Judicial.
La entidad no detalló las medidas cautelares impuestas a los investigados.
Entre las personas detenidas por resistencia a la autoridad se encuentran: cuatro mujeres de apellidos Ramírez, Corella, Reyes y Brenes, así como tres hombres de apellidos Villalobos, Ramírez y Morales Albertazzi (conocido como Marco Albertazzi).
Contexto
Miembros del grupo llamado Movimiento por la Salud y la Libertad, conformado por opositores a la obligatoriedad del biológico contra el virus SARS-CoV-2, protagonizaron un violento ingreso al HSVP “liberar” a un niño de seis años, cuyos padres se oponen a su vacunación contra covid-19.
Según recoge una publicación del medio AmeliaRueda.com la directora del centro médico, Priscila Balmaceda, explicó que el pequeño ingresó por una patología respiratoria.
Ante esta situación, el médico tratante solicitó la aplicación de la inmunización, hecho que requirió de la intervención del servicio de trabajo social tras la negativa de los padres. Además se solicitó criterio al Patronato Nacional de la Infancia (PANI).
Las autoridades del hospital indicaron que el menor será dado de alta cuando los especialistas así lo autoricen.
