(Fotos) Heredia: Allanan locales que venden tenis “pirata” a precio de original
Nike, All Star y Jordan son algunas de las marcas falsificadas.
La Fiscalía Adjunta de Heredia dirigió seis allanamientos por el presunto delito de venta, almacenamiento y distribución de productos fraudulentos.
Los operativos se ejecutaron la mañana de este jueves, en conjunto con el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), en locales comerciales ubicados en Heredia centro, Barva y San Antonio de Belén.
Las diligencias corresponden a seis expedientes penales, en los que se investiga a ocho personas por la venta de tenis de las marcas Nike, All Star y Jordan, las cuales, al parecer, serían productos no originales.
Los allanamientos permitieron decomisar prueba de importancia para el desarrollo de los procesos.
Según informó el Ministerio Público mediante un comunicado de prensa el objetivo del operativo era recabar pruebas, por lo que no hubo detenciones.
Los apellidos de las personas investigadas son: Montero Arguedas, Blanco Miranda, Soto Porras, Castillo Pérez, y dos apellidadas Guzmán León en Heredia centro.
En Barva el investigado es una persona de apellidos Salas Salazar y en San Antonio de Belén, una persona de apellidos Blanco Miranda.
