Detienen guarda de un bar en La Cali que habría apuñalado en el cuello a un cliente mientras lo requisaba
Al sospechoso se le impusieron tres meses de prisión preventiva.
Un sujeto identificado con los apellidos Céspedes Díaz, y quien se desempeñaba como guarda en un bar del barrio La California, en San José, ahora deberá descontar tres meses de prisión preventiva por ser sospechoso de atentar contra la vida de otro hombre.
De acuerdo con la Fiscalía Adjunta del I Circuito Judicial de San José, Céspedes, habría agredido al hombre mientras cumplía sus funciones de guarda de seguridad y lo requisaba.
“Se cree que Céspedes requisó a la víctima y, en un momento determinado, la hirió con un arma blanca en el cuello”, detallaron en la Fiscalía.
Asimismo, se indicó que la víctima afortunadamente logró pedir ayuda y minutos después de los hechos el guarda fue detenido.
“El ofendido salió del lugar y pidió ayuda por lo que fue trasladado de inmediato a un centro médico, para su respectiva atención. Minutos después, el sospechoso fue detenido y trasladado a los Tribunales de Justicia”, agregaron.
Este incidente ocurrió la madrugada del pasado viernes 23 de junio.
De momento las autoridades están realizando las investigaciones del caso bajo la causa 23-017766-0042-PE, y trabajan en determinar bajo que motivos se dio la agresión.
Con respecto a la víctima su identidad no se detalló, y se reportó que actualmente se encuentra en recuperación.
