Cabecilla de grupo antivacunas queda en libertad tras cambio de medidas cautelares
La Fiscalía apeló la decisión del juzgado.
El Juzgado Penal de Heredia rechazó la solicitud presentada por el Ministerio Público de extender el arresto domiciliario con monitoreo electrónico a Marco Morales Albertazzi, conocido en redes sociales como Marco Albertazzi, uno de los líderes del grupo que se opone a la vacunación obligatoria en Costa Rica y que protagonizó una violenta irrupción el pasado 26 de enero en el hospital San Vicente de Paul (HSVP), en Heredia.
El juzgado cambió la medida cautelar de casa por cárcel por la de firmar cada 15 días.
Las medidas restantes que se le impusieron el 28 de enero anterior al hombre de 40 años como la prohibición de mantener cualquier comunicación o dirigirse a funcionarios públicos o testigos, así como participar en cualquier tipo de disturbio público o de promoverlo por medio de redes sociales, se mantienen, según informó la oficina de prensa del Ministerio Público.
“Ante esa decisión se presentó una apelación, por lo que ahora se mantiene a la espera de una nueva audiencia en la que se conocerá dicho recurso”, comunicó la Fiscalía.
Contexto
Miembros del grupo llamado Movimiento por la Salud y la Libertad, conformado por opositores a la obligatoriedad del biológico contra el virus SARS-CoV-2, protagonizaron un violento ingreso al HSVP para “liberar” a un niño de seis años, cuyos padres se oponen a su vacunación contra covid-19.
La directora del centro médico, Priscila Balmaceda, explicó que el pequeño ingresó por una patología respiratoria.
Ante esta situación, el médico tratante solicitó la aplicación de la inmunización, hecho que requirió de la intervención del servicio de trabajo social tras la negativa de los padres. Además se solicitó criterio al Patronato Nacional de la Infancia (PANI).
El día de los hechos, en horas de la tarde, Morales Albertazzi, quien es recordado por su frase ‘¿Cuál pandemia?’ envió una advertencia al presidente y al ministro de Salud.
“Mire Daniel Salas y mire Carlos Alvarado y miren jueces de la República de Costa Rica y miren PANI y el que quiera ver que vea y el que quiera oir que oiga,¡no vamos a parar! Y si esto se tiene que repetir, se va a repetir y si esto tiene que escalar va a escalar porque esto lo están provocando ustedes con sus arbitrariedades, con su ineptitud, con su manera arbitraria totalitaria y dictatorial de administrar este país, pero entiendan que con los hijos no se van a meter entiendan que con nuestros niños no se van a meter ya es hora de parar esto”, manifestó visiblemente molesto.
También envió una amenaza a los magistrados de la Sala IV.
“Mañana vamos a estar en la Sala Constitucional en Sabana Sur en la mañana (…) Cómo es posible que los magistrados de la Sala IV estén haciendo nada. Entiendan señores funcionarios públicos sus salarios se los pagamos nosotros y ustedes nos deben de rendir cuentas a nosotros”, dijo.
“Y si tenemos que ir casa por casa a visitar a los magistrados de la Sala IV vamos a ir a visitarlos a las casas y si tenemos que salir a las calles vamos a hacerlo. Aténganse al santo señores y mejor empiecen a rezarle porque si ustedes siguen con sus arbitrariedades se van a enfrentar a un pueblo de costarricenses que van a hacer valer sus derechos”, finalizó.
