¡Ya está aquí! Este lunes llegó el nuevo Ferry que comunicará Puntarenas con Playa Naranjo
El nuevo buque fue construido en Europa el año anterior y navegó 37 días para llegar al país.
Este lunes 24 de abril, llegó finalmente al país el nuevo Ferry que comunicará a Puntarenas con Playa Naranjo en la Península de Nicoya.
El nuevo buque llegó procedente de Panamá, luego de navegar durante 37 días efectivos, tras salir el pasado 17 de febrero desde el Puerto del Pireo ubicado en Grecia, Europa.
En este nuevo buque podrán transportarse 500 personas y 110 vehículos.
“El San Lucas III vendrá a satisfacer una demanda en crecimiento, motivado entre otras cosas, por la proliferación de alquileres de casas y hoteles en Playa Naranjo, atractivos de Isla Venado y restaurante flotante, mejoras en carretera de zona de Coyote que tiene playas paradisiacas, la construcción de la ruta 160 que conecta a Playa Naranjo con Paquera, a lo que sumaría una mayor exposición de la zona por el auge de redes sociales que permite apreciar sus bellezas naturales y la calidad de su gente”, indicó Gerardo González, gerente de Coonatramar.
En cuanto al dinero utilizado para adquirir al “San Lucas III”, este proviene de la misma cooperativa, de la Comisión Permanente de Cooperativas de Autogestión (CPCA) y por el Instituto Nacional de Fomento Cooperativo (INFOCOOP) tras un crédito de ₡2.000 millones.
Por otra parte, Coonatramar, fue claro al decir que de momento las tarifas se mantendrán con los mismo precios en el trasporte de Puntarenas a Playa Naranjo y viceversa:
- Niños entre tres y 12 años ₡600
- Adultos ₡1.005
- Vehículo liviano ₡9000
- Motocicletas ₡3.390
