Virólogo Christian Marín sale en defensa de su madre, la ministra de Educación
“Mi mamá es una persona que ejemplifica la ética moral y profesional”, manifestó el reconocido virólogo molecular.
La jerarca del Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP), Anna Katharina Müller Castro, ha estado en el centro de la polémica por ser la representante del Gobierno que proponía un recorte de ₡129 mil millones del Fondo Especial para la Educación Superior (FEES).
Las críticas para la jerarca no se hicieron esperar, varias personas han realizado publicaciones en las que manifiestan que la ministra tiene familiares vinculados con universidades privadas del país.
Además, la acusan de pretender bajar el presupuesto de las universidades públicas para que estas tengan que dejar estudiantes por fuera y con esto las universidades privadas se beneficien.
El doctor especialista en Virología Christian Marín Müller, hijo de la jerarca del MEP, salió en defensa de su madre y dejó en claro que ella es un ejemplo en muchos aspectos.
“Mi mamá es una persona que ejemplifica la ética moral y profesional. Ha dedicado su vida a proteger la cultura y la educación, con mucho sacrificio y corazón, en muchas partes del mundo”, escribió el científico.
“Ahora lucha por la educación en nuestro país, con esa misma dedicación, determinación y rectitud que la caracterizan. Y más que nada con un corazón abierto y enfocado en el bienestar de los estudiantes de todos los ámbitos de nuestro país. La admiro demasiado”, agregó.
Marín continuó su descargo asegurando que: “Para los que intentan acusarla de fallos de ética: ser pariente de alguien no significa que alguien sea corrupto. Es muy fácil insinuar falsedades. La verdad habla, y la trayectoria de mi mamá es la que debe hablar. No las insinuaciones sin fundamento que puedan hacer algunos. Al final el que nada debe nada teme, y mi mamá seguirá luchando con valentía por el bienestar de la educación”.
Tras un encuentro este martes el Ejecutivo y universidades públicas acordaron que el FEES 2023 no tendrá rebajas con respecto a lo asignado este año y sostendrán hoy miércoles una reunión para determinar un posible incremento por la inflación.
