¿Sueña con tener su casa propia? Fundación le podría ayudar a que usted la obtenga
Las familias interesadas deben de cumplir con ciertos requisitos, acá les contamos cuales son.
Si uno de sus sueños es obtener una casa propia, pero hasta el momento este deseo se le ha complicado, le tenemos buenas noticias, ya que según dio a conocer la Fundación Costa Rica Canadá, están ofreciendo un sistema de Financiamiento denominado Programa de Ingresos Medios (PIM).
Según indicó la jefa de la Unidad de Gestión de Clientes de la Fundación Costa Rica Canadá, Ericka Muñoz, el PIM consiste en un crédito + bono y va dirigido a familias con ingresos que van desde los ₡457 815 a ₡1 831 260.
“El bono es una donación que brinda el Estado a las familias, que cumplen con las condiciones establecidas por Ley. De manera que, en complemento con el crédito, puedan cumplir el sueño de tener casa propia”, explicó Muñoz.
Asimismo, Muñoz, indicó que este incentivo se puede utilizar para prima en compra de vivienda, o para acabados finales de la casa, en casos de construcción.
Por otra parte, la jefa de la Unidad de Gestión de Clientes de la Fundación Costa Rica Canadá, indicó que la fundación puede prestar hasta ₡65 801 000 colones a las familias que cumplan con los requisitos antes mencionados.
