Rodrigo Chaves respalda al Gobierno de Lula tras actos Bolsonaristas
El mandatario hizo un llamado a respetar el orden constitucional en Brasil.
El Gobierno de Costa Rica dio su respaldo al mandatario brasileño, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, luego de que seguidores de Jair Bolsonaro invadieran este domingo el Palacio de Planalto, sede del Ejecutivo, y la Corte Suprema.
Por medio de un pequeño comunicado de prensa Casa Presidencial indicó: “El Gobierno de Costa Rica lamenta la agresión a la democracia en Brasil y hace un llamado a respetar el orden constitucional de ese país. Respaldamos al presidente Lula da Silva”.
¿Qué fue lo que pasó?
Cientos de seguidores de Bolsonaro irrumpieron este domingo en el Congreso Nacional en Brasilia, ocupando luego los edificios del Ejecutivo y de la Corte Suprema.
Premunidos de piedras y palos, los bolsonaristas se enfrentaron a la Policía Legislativa, que vela por la seguridad en el Congreso, y destruyeron las barreras de contención que protegían la infraestructura estatal.
Los bolsonaristas no reconocen el triunfo de Lula y piden la intervención de las Fuerzas Armadas para derrocarlo, solo una semana después de que asumió su nuevo cargo el pasado 1 de enero luego de su victoria en octubre con el 50,9 % de los votos válidos frente al 49,1 % de Bolsonaro.
Lula se encuentra de visita en la ciudad de Araraquara, en el interior del estado de Sao Paulo, para acompañar a las víctimas de las intensas lluvias de los últimos días.
