Rodrigo Chaves atenderá problemática de seguridad con autoridades del Poder Judicial en Limón
Con el objetivo de atender el alto índice de violencia y homicidios que afecta a todo el país, especialmente a la provincia caribeña.
Con el propósito de atender el alto índice de violencia y homicidios que afecta a todo el país, específicamente a la provincia de Limón, el presidente de la República, Rodrigo Chaves Robles, se reunirá con miembros del Poder Judicial y Poder Legislativo durante la gira que realizará en la provincia del Caribe a finales del mes de agosto.
La información fue dada a conocer por Casa Presidencial este lunes. El encuentro, que se enmarca dentro del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional, será el martes 30 de agosto a las 11 a.m. en la Escuela Nacional de Policías en Pococí, Limón.
El encuentro contará con la participación de la ministra de la Presidencia, Natalia Díaz; el Canciller de la República, Arnoldo André Tinoco; el ministro de Seguridad Pública, Jorge Torres y el ministro de Justicia, Gerald Campos.
También han sido invitados al encuentro miembros del Poder Judicial, entre ellos, la magistrada de la Sala Tercera, Patricia Solano Castro; el director del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), Walter Espinoza y el Fiscal General de la República -interino- , Warner Molina Ruiz.
Chaves también invitó a la presidenta de la Comisión de Seguridad y Narcotráfico de la Asamblea Legislativa, la diputada del Partido Nueva República, Gloria Navas, y al director de la Dirección de Inteligencia y Seguridad (DIS), Hans Sequeira.
De acuerdo con Presidencia, en la reunión se discutirá la prevención y contención de delitos violentos.
“Desde el Gobierno de la República reconocemos la importancia de trabajar esfuerzos conjuntamente, siempre respetando la separación de los poderes de la República; no obstante, uniendo fuerzas entre todos para solventar este problema que aqueja a nuestra población”, indicó el presidente de la República.
