¡Otra baja más! Dimite ministro de Turismo, Gustavo Segura
Segura renunció a su cargo tras recibir una “oportunidad inmejorable para su desarrollo profesional en el sector privado”.
La Presidencia de la República informó este martes 30 de noviembre que el ministro de Turismo y presidente ejecutivo del Instituto Costarricense de Turismo (ICT), Gustavo Segura, dimitió a su cargos tras recibir una “oportunidad inmejorable para su desarrollo profesional en el sector privado”.
En un comunicado de prensa Casa Presidencial indicó que la renuncia será efectiva a partir de este miércoles 1° de diciembre.
Alvarado, ha sido director de varios departamentos en del ICT desde el 2007 y posee una maestría en Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) y otra en Estudios Políticos con énfasis en América Latina de la Universidad Javeriana en Colombia, además es estudiante del doctorado en Gestión Pública y Ciencias Empresariales en el Instituto Centroamericano de Administración Pública.
“El nuevo jerarca buscará dar continuidad a la recuperación gradual del sector turístico, el más afectado por una pandemia, a través de una sólida conexión aérea con los principales mercados, promoción de Costa Rica como un destino bioseguro en alianza con el sector privado y apoyando proyectos de ley que actualmente se encuentran en la corriente legislativa que permitirán apoyar al sector turístico”, dice parte de la nota de prensa.
