“No queremos una hemorragia de proyectos”, asegura Pilar Cisneros
La diputada oficialista salió al paso de las críticas por la poca convocatoria de proyectos del Ejecutivo en la agenda de sesiones extraordinarias.
Por tercer día consecutivo la jefa de fracción del oficialista Partido Progreso Social Democrático (PPSD), Pilar Cisneros Gallo, salió al paso de las críticas por la poca convocatoria de proyectos del Ejecutivo en la agenda de sesiones extraordinarias.
“Si el Plenario no ha sesionado en los últimos 2 días no es porque el Gobierno no ha convocado proyectos pertinentes y relevantes. Desde el primer día se presentaron proyectos listos para ser votados, en especial 3 de gran relevancia y que se ajustan a los planes del Gobierno para reactivar la economía”, indicó la diputada por la provincia de San José.
“Fueron compañeros de las diferentes bancadas quienes solicitaron tiempo para estudiar los proyectos, presentar mociones o redactar textos sustitutivos antes de someterlos a votación”, agregó.
La periodista indicó que: “No es justo que se nos señale que no hay una agenda robusta o porque no mandamos proyectos propios, al fin y al cabo es el Poder Ejecutivo el que dispone de la convocatoria en sesiones extraordinarias como una estrategia política de acuerdo a los proyectos que quiere que se conozcan en la Asamblea Legislativa con independencia del estado en que se encuentren”.
Cisneros recalcó que: “No nos interesa impulsar una hemorragia de proyectos como los 72 que aprobaron en abril los diputados pasados. Tanto la fracción como el Poder Ejecutivo queremos empezar con proyectos de calidad y no un montón de proyectos, hay momentos donde se activen los llamados proyectos chayotes, pero en este momento no es nuestra prioridad”.
La legisladora también criticó los cuestionamientos de la prensa al respecto.
“En las administraciones (Laura) Chinchilla, (Luis Guillermo) Solís y (Carlos) Alvarado pasó exactamente lo mismo y nadie dijo nada y nadie se quejó, en esta ocasión, como por primera vez la nueva administración empieza en periodo extraordinario, es imposible empezar con proyectos nuevos en Plenario, porque estos deben pasar primero por comisiones que hoy no existen”, dijo.
“Así que debe quedar muy claro que la Asamblea Legislativa no está viviendo una situación nueva y que tampoco es culpa del presidente Rodrigo Chaves que no estén integradas las comisiones”, finalizó.
