Motociclista sospechoso de quebrarle la quijada a señor, deberá cumplir dos meses de prisión preventiva
Los hechos se dieron el pasado miércoles 17 de mayo, en Sabanilla de Montes de Oca.
El motociclista identificado con los apellidos Espinoza Varela, y quien fue detenido por ser sospechoso de quebrarle la quijada de una patada a un señor se 64 años, deberá cumplir dos meses de prisión preventiva, esto mientras se realizan las investigaciones del caso.
“La Fiscalía Adjunta del II Circuito Judicial de San José informó que el Juzgado Penal de Turno Extraordinario acogió la solicitud del Ministerio Público y dictó, en contra de Espinoza Varela, dos meses de prisión preventiva”, indicó el Ministerio Público.
En cuanto a los hechos, estos ocurrieron el pasado miércoles 17 de mayo, cuando al parecer, el detenido le dio una patada en la cara al señor de 64 años, y se dio a la fuga posteriormente.
Este ataque ocurrió frente a una venta de ceviche en Sabanilla de Montes de Oca.
En cuanto a las razones, según comentó la hija del afectado al medio La Teja, el señor en apariencia chocó con su camión la moto del sospechoso al echar reversa.
Y a raíz de esto, el detenido le solicitó al señor que le diera dinero por los daños causados a su motocicleta, pero este le respondió que prefería llamar a un tráfico, y esto al parecer molestó al motociclista quien reaccionó de manera violenta y le pegó una patada al Landa.
Con respecto al afectado tuvo que se sometido a cirugía re-constructiva.
Por su parte, Espinoza, Cuando fue detenido, pidió disculpas y aseguró que estaba pasando por una situación complicada, lo que desencadenó su reacción.
Contra él, la Fiscalía abrió una causa (expediente 23-014004-0042-PE) por el presunto delito de lesiones gravísimas, el cual, según el artículo 123 del Código Penal, cumple un castigo de tres a 10 años de prisión.
