Falla en el BCR provocó que se le aplicaran rebajas dobles en las compras a sus clientes
La falla se reportó la madrugada de este viernes 21 de abril.
Algunos clientes del Banco de Costa Rica (BCR), este viernes amanecieron con cargos dobles en las compras que realizaron en las últimas horas.
Y es que según indicó la entidad bancaria, un inconveniente presentado en uno de sus sistemas que procesan pagos con tarjeta, fue el causante que la madrugada de este viernes muchos clientes sufrieran rebajas dobles en las compras.
“En las últimas horas se presentó un inconveniente en uno de nuestros sistemas que procesan pagos con tarjetas. Esto provocó el rebajo doble en algunas de las compras realizadas por los clientes durante la madrugada de este viernes”, informó el banco.
Asimismo, indicaron que a más tardar mañana sábado, estarían realizando la reversión de los montos en las cuentas de los clientes afectados por dicho inconveniente.
“Ofrecemos disculpas a los clientes que hayan resultado afectados”, concluyó el BCR.
