“Estudioso, detallista y generoso”: Así recuerdan a gerente fallecido de la CCSS
Luis Fernando Campos quería recuperarse de una enfermedad hepática para retomar su doctorado en gestión pública.
Tras varias semanas de batallar contra una enfermedad hepática el jueves anterior falleció, a los 59 años de edad, Luis Fernando Campos Montes, quien se desempeñaba como gerente administrativo de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS).
Campos Montes es recordado por sus allegados como un hombre de familia, padre y esposo amoroso, detallista, generoso y amante del estudio.
De hecho uno de sus anhelos de don Luis Fernando era recuperarse de su padecimiento para retomar su doctorado en Gestión Pública ya que tras el diagnóstico tuvo que incapacitarse y se vio obligado a ponerle una pausa a su sueño.
“Posterior a su recuperación, esperaba retomar su labor en la Gerencia Administrativa de la CCSS para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados para el periodo”
“A nivel personal esperaba finalizar su Doctorado en Gestión Pública. A nivel familiar, esperábamos un fin de año y Navidad en familia, gozando nuevamente de su salud y dinámica normal”, comentó la familia del ejecutivo de la CCSS al medio CRHoy.com.
Campos Montes llegó a la CCSS por segunda vez en febrero de este año, luego de haber laborado en la institución entre el 2012 y el 2014. Dejó la entidad para asumir la gerencia del Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS).
“Llegó a la CCSS en esta segunda oportunidad con la clara visión de implementar mejoras teniendo una amplia visión de las necesidades actuales de la institución ante los desafíos del país, rescatando siempre las buenas ideas de su equipo y de todos quienes quisieran ayudar con buena voluntad”, agregó la familia.
Tanto sus allegados como sus compañeros de trabajo resaltan que don Luis Fernando fue un ser humano intachable, cercano y comprensivo con las personas con las que convivía diariamente.
“Siempre presente en todas las etapas de nuestra vida familiar, desde disfrutar de una buena comida en familia hasta querer gritar a los cuatro vientos los logros de sus hijos, su mayor orgullo”.
“Fue muy amoroso, detallista y generoso, quien nunca escatimó en dar todo lo que estaba en sus manos. Siempre nos inculcó la importancia de hacer bien el trabajo, de esperar las buenas intenciones de la gente y fundamentalmente ser buenas personas y buenos ciudadanos”, finalizó la familia del gerente de la CCSS.
