¿Es cliente del BCR y el fin de semana sufrió rebajos no autorizados? Esto dice la entidad bancaria
Muchos clientes del BCR el fin de semana se quejaron que se les realizaron rebajos extras o dobles en sus transacciones
Este fin de semana que recién pasó, precisamente el día 14 de julio, muchos clientes del Banco de Costa Rica (BCR), tuvieron problemas por temas relacionados a supuestos rebajos extras o dobles en sus transacciones.
A raíz de esto algunas de estas personas acudieron a las redes sociales de la entienda bancaria a reclamar lo sucedido, ya que dicho rebajos fueron señalados como no autorizados.
Por su parte, el BCR dio una explicación de lo sucedido, esto a través de la respuesta a una consulta que les realizó el medio La Teja, donde indicaron qué fue lo que pasó.
“Con relación a su consulta, le informamos que el pasado 14 de julio, en un corto periodo, se presentó una intermitencia del sistema de tarjetas que afectó la autorización en algunas de las transacciones, en forma temporal se congelaron los fondos, importante aclarar que no hubo rebajos no autorizados.
“Debido a la interrupción que se presentó, los clientes intentaron pasar varias veces la tarjeta, quedando en fila la transacción y, cuando se resolvió, la cola de cobros comenzó a liberarse”, explicó el BCR al medio.
Asimismo, la entidad bancaria indicó que ya se realizó la liberación del dinero en la mayoría de los casos.
“Ya se hizo la liberación de una gran mayoría de los casos y el dinero siempre será devuelto sin que represente un impacto al cliente, en máximo los diez días naturales que establecen las marcas, recordemos que si el cliente llama al centro de asistencia o se presenta a una oficina, el caso se le resuelve de inmediato”, agregaron.
En cuanto a quienes aún tienen problemas o dudas acerca de lo que sucedió con su dinero, el banco indica que se pueden comunicar al Centro de Asistencia al Cliente, al teléfono 2211-1111.
