Cae pareja que hizo fiesta con tarjeta robada, gastaron 700mil colones
La pareja fue detenida tras un allanamiento en la casa en la que vivían.
Este martes 7 de junio, los agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), realizaron un allanamiento en una vivienda en Tres Ríos de La Unión, en Cartago, donde lograron dar con al detención de una pareja sospechosa de cometer el presunto delito de Fraude Informático.
Esta pareja, un hombre de 34 años y una mujer de 29, estarían relacionados a un perjuicio económico alrededor de los 700 mil colones.
Según el informe preliminar, los hechos se dieron a finales del año pasado, cuando la persona ofendida se percató que una de sus tarjetas bancarias fue utilizada en varios comercios en San José.
“Mediante las diligencias de investigación se logró identificar a estas personas como las sospechosas de participar en este hecho. Al parecer, esta pareja realizó un uso fraudulento de la tarjeta de la víctima tras obtener los datos de esta de una forma ilegítima, mediante la modalidad conocida como “carding”, por un perjuicio económico alrededor de los 700 mil colones”, detalló el OIJ.
La pareja fue puesta bajó las órdenes del Ministerio Público, donde se les determinará su situación jurídica.
