Álvaro Ramos asegura haberse sentido “muy usado” por el presidente Rodrigo Chaves
El exjerarca de la CCSS aseguró que su posición reservada sobre el cierre de Parque Viva fue la excusa perfecta de Chaves para sacarlo de la presidencia ejecutiva de la entidad.
El exjerarca de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS), Álvaro Ramos, aseguró haberse sentido “muy usado” por el presidente de la República, Rodrigo Chaves, para ejecutar el cierre del Parque Viva, propiedad de Grupo Nación.
En entrevista con Telenoticias, Ramos, aseguró que su posición reservada sobre ese tema fue la excusa perfecta de Chaves para sacarlo de la presidencia ejecutiva de la entidad. Porque, según el economista, el mandatario no soportó que él no le colaborara en la estrategia contra Grupo Nacion.
“En temas como el de La Nación, me sentí muy usado”, dijo el economista.
Ramos recordó que la tensión entre él y Chaves inició en una conferencia de prensa, el pasado 6 de julio, cuando manifestó dudas sobre la capacidad de La Nación S.A. para repagar el principal de unos títulos de deuda que vencen en 2025.
“Cualquier ciudadano lo puede revisar, hay una conferencia en la que yo empiezo a explicarlo formal o con toda la parte técnica. Y el Presidente casi que me hace a un lado, me dice ‘Usted es demasiado diplomático’ y procede a echar un discurso completamente en otra línea. A partir de ahí yo me empecé a sentir un poco incómodo y creo que él se sintió un poco incómodo conmigo de que de alguna manera él me quería usar para configurar el discurso yo no lo hice como él esperaba”, dijo el expresidente de la Caja.
“Yo lo hice muy técnico como soy yo entonces él claro debe hacer dicho este ya no me sirve yo pienso que a partir de ahí fue bastantes meses antes de la destitución, creo que a partir de ahí él estuvo pensando de qué se agarraba para destituirme y encontró esto del aumento salarial como una excusa”, agregó.
Álvaro Ramos mencionó que fue Rodrigo Chaves el que firmó el decreto del aumento de salario a los empleados de la CCSS cuando era ministro de Hacienda, en la administración de Carlos Alvarado, y que ahora lo utilizó para despedirlo porque él no le dijo sí a todo.
“Y esto que está ocurriendo me preocupa que genere una dinámica donde la prioridad sea poner gente que no sabe mucho, pero que va a decir que sí y eso no está bien por el país ni siquiera está bien para él mismo”, indicó.
“Yo siento que es un error del presidente estar procurando que todo el mundo le diga que sí a todo porque gobernar un país es muy difícil una sola persona no lo sabe todo tiene que escuchar para gobernar bien. No se vale hacer de un presidente en la tele tenés que gobernar”, finalizó Ramos.
