YouTube no te permitirá reproducir videos si usas bloqueadores de anuncios
La plataforma de videos YouTube mostrará un aviso de advertencia a todos los usuarios que usen bloqueadores de anuncios.
A muchos usuarios les resulta molesto la constante aparición de anuncios en la versión gratuita de YouTube, por lo que desde hace varios años utilizan famosos bloqueadores, como Abdlock. Sin embargo, la plataforma de videos de Google ha tomado una drástica medida contra este tipo de uso del servicio. Por ello, aquellas personas que utilicen este tipo de programas ya no podrán reproducir videos.
Varios usuarios, a través de Reddit, han reportado la aparición de un aviso en YouTube que advierte sobre la incompatibilidad de los bloqueadores de anuncios o ad blockers. Según estos informes, se notifica que la reproducción de videos se verá afectada si no se desactiva esta función.
Usuarios afectados han informado recientemente que, al intentar utilizar un bloqueador de anuncios para reproducir videos en YouTube, la plataforma muestra un aviso que indica que no se puede continuar utilizando el adblocker. Si se ignora esta advertencia, el reproductor dejará de funcionar después de reproducir tres audiovisuales.
Los informes también señalan que, al parecer, esta prueba de YouTube está siendo realizada únicamente con un grupo limitado de usuarios, y que, hasta el momento, no afecta a todos los bloqueadores de anuncios por igual. No obstante, es probable que la compañía esté realizando ajustes en el sistema antes de implementarlo de manera más amplia.
Con esta medida, Google parece mostrar su intención de poner fin definitivamente al uso de bloqueadores de anuncios en YouTube, lo que deja a los usuarios de la plataforma ante la disyuntiva de tener que elegir entre visualizar anuncios o suscribirse a YouTube Premium.
