(Vídeo) Extorsionador llega a cobrar cuota a negocio y empleado lo mata
Exigía una cuota aproximada a 58.000 colones por semana… así le respondieron.
El empleado de un negocio de venta de pollos asados en el municipio de Apodaca, México, fue detenido tras asesinar a balazos a un presunto extorsionador que amenazó con asesinar a los trabajadores y al dueño, por negarse a pagar la cuota.
De acuerdo con la ficha policial, el ahora fallecido llegó a la tienda en un auto Nissan Versa, con logotipos de identificación de la empresa Totsa, que da servicio de taxi en el aeropuerto de México
La versión de testigos indica que el presunto delincuente se identificó como integrante de la delincuencia organizada y exigió una ‘’cuota’’ de dos mil pesos por semana (aproximadamente 58.000 colones).
Para amedrentar a los presentes realizó llamadas telefónicas en donde interactuó con un hombre que aparentó ser el jefe de un grupo del crimen organizado.
Fue al momento en que les dio la espalda, cuando el empleado, identificado como Monserrat, de 36 años, accionó en contra el agresor un revólver calibre 22, el cual tenían en el negocio como protección ante cualquier incidente.
El evento quedó videgrabado por las cámaras de vigilancia, el cual podría ser tomado como evidencia en el desarrollo del proceso penal contra el detenido.
