Temor en Japón: Piedra asesina que contenía al demonio nueve colas se partió en dos
Pobladores del sector están sorprendidos por el hecho.
La Sessho-seki, o también conocida como la «piedra asesina», corresponde a una legendaria roca volcánica que, según la mitología japonesa, alberga el espíritu de un terrible demonio.
Es por esto que los locales se sorprendieron al encontrar la piedra partida en dos durante la mañana de este lunes en el monte Nasu, cerca de la ciudad de Tokio. El descubrimiento se viralizó por redes sociales de Japón.
«Si se tratara de un manga, estaría poseído por un zorro de nueve colas, y siento que he visto algo que no debería haber visto”, escribió en un tweet Lily0727K.

¿Qué es la «piedra asesina»?
Según explica The Guardian, la presencia de esta roca en el lugar no representaba mayor riesgo. De hecho, era un lugar turístico por su mitología, pero luego de ser partida en dos causó preocupación en los pueblos cercanos.
Un demonio podría estar suelto. La historia dice que una hermosa mujer identificada como Tamamo-no-Mae formó parte del complot de un señor feudal para matar al emperador Toba, entre 1107 y 1123.
Sin embargo, un guerrero llamado Miura-no-suke descubrió que no era una mujer, sino, un malvado zorro de nueve colas. De inmediato se desató una pelea entre ambos que terminó con el demonio encerrado en la «piedra asesina» Sessho-seki.
Aunque algunos dicen que el espíritu fue exorcizado por un monje budista, la mitología japonesa es clara: quien toque la piedra puede morir al instante por sus gases tóxicos.
¿Qué harán ahora?
Los pobladores y turistas del sector decidieron que no pasarán delante de la piedra por miedo al demonio que anda suelto. Por otra parte, Masaharu Sugawara, jefe de un grupo de guías, dijo que era una “lástima” que la piedra se hubiera partido porque era un símbolo del área.
Ahora, funcionarios del gobierno local y nacional se reunirán para ver qué hacer con la piedra, ya que a muchos les gustaría ver la Sessho-seki restaurada. Sin embargo, no se especificó si el demonio volverá a la roca o seguirá suelto.
