La cantante Briella dijo en redes sociales que una de sus canciones “era muy parecida” a la Sesión 53 que Shakira.
La aritsta venezolana Briella, quien dijo en redes sociales que una de sus canciones “era muy parecida” a la Sesión 53 que Shakira lanzó esta semana con el productor Bizarrap, ya tiene abogado.
Se trata de Jean Paul Vissepo, un especialista en leyes y asunto musicales que habló en una entrevista para el programa ‘La Mesa Caliente’, de Telemundo.
Aunque Briella ha dicho que “no quiere problemas” con la artista colombiana, y mucho menos demandarla, surgen interrogantes sobre para qué buscó asesorarse con un abogado.
“Más que nada ha sido por la polémica. Ambas partes son partes muy serias. Se ha creado una polémica por un tuit que se hizo; hay mucho respeto, pero es simplemente por la polémica. Como dice Briella puede ser una coincidencia y ella no quiere una sensación agridulce. No es una demanda ni nada por el estilo, es solo para arreglar el asunto. Es simplemente para aclarar: si fue una casualidad, fue una casualidad”, le dijo Vissepo a Telemundo.

En otras palabras, lo que dice el representante de Briella es que quieren tener una comunicación directa con el equipo de Shakira para aclarar el porqué de la similitud entre ambas canciones. A propósito, ‘La Mesa Caliente’ le preguntó al abogado si ya hablaron con el equipo de Shakira.
“Estamos en el proceso. Hay mucho respeto, no quiero entrar en detalles sobre esas comunicaciones. En estos casos se trata de llegar a un acuerdo amigable, hay que mirar si algo pasa”, respondió Vissepo tras ser preguntado sobre este punto.
