Rusia multa a activista feminista y ahora podría ir a la cárcel por dibujos de vagina
“Mi cuerpo no es pornografía”, es el eslogan de protesta de las rusas. En base a polémica ley firmada por Putin la activista ya fue multada por propaganda de relaciones sexuales “no tradicionales” con menores, un eufemismo de relaciones homosexuales.
Una corte de Rusia multó a la activista feminista Yulia Tsvetkova por dibujos de “propaganda gay” que consideran destinada a influenciar a menores. Además, la mujer podría recibir una pena de prisión de entre dos y seis años por otras ilustraciones.
El medio local The Moscow Times reportó que el viernes 10 de julio una corte de magistrados en la ciudad de Komsomolsk-On-Amur le impuso una sanción de 75.000 rublos (1.058 dólares) por una serie de dibujos difundidos en redes sociales.
Fue multada en base a una ley muy polémica que prohíbe la propaganda de las relaciones sexuales “no tradicionales” con menores, una forma eufemística de referirse a las relaciones homosexuales.
Tsvetkova, quien es una ferviente activista LGTBIQ+, se pronunció del asunto en Facebook e indicó que los dibujos fueron publicados en un grupo de redes sociales dirigido a personas mayores de 18 años.
Su caso ya ha provocado la condena internacional y algunas protestas en Rusia, dado que también enfrenta un juicio penal por presunta pornografía por dibujos de vagina divulgados en internet.
“Mi cuerpo no es pornografía”, es un eslogan repetido en redes sociales en apoyo a la mujer de 27 años. Féminas de varias localidades rusas han enviado fotos de ellas mismas para mostrar su vello corporal, entre otras cosas que han combinado con objetos parecidos a vaginas.
Los dibujos en cuestión fueron mostrados en Vkontakte, conocido como el Facebook ruso, por un grupo llamado “Monólogos de la vagina” cuya descripción señala que su objetivo es celebrar el cuerpo femenino y condenar los tabúes que lo rodean.
Aunque la fecha del juicio no ha sido anunciada, está previsto que la próxima semana los investigadores envíen los documentos del caso a los fiscales.
“Estoy de buen humor, con ganas de pelear. ¿Qué más puedo hacer?”, declaró Tsvetkova a la agencia francesa AFP.
La controvertida ley fue firmada por el presidente ruso Vladimir Putin en 2013 y ha sido utilizada por los funcionarios como motivo para prohibir numerosos eventos del Orgullo Gay.
Amnistía Internacional y otros grupos de derechos humanos han declarado a Yulia Tsvetkova prisionera política y una petición para que se retiren los cargos en su contra ha acumulado cerca de 250.000 firmas, comunicó la cadena alemana DW.
