Putin advierte que es “bastante posible” una alianza militar entre Rusia y China
El mandatario ruso, Vladimir Putin, mencionó que mantiene un vínculo “sin precedentes” con el gigante asiático y hasta desveló que consulta “constantemente” con su par chino, Xi Jimping.
El presidente Vladimir Putin ha admitido que es “bastante posible” que Rusia y China pacten una “alianza militar” en un momento en el que el gigante asiático mantiene tensas relaciones con Estados Unidos y la Unión Europea.
“Es posible imaginarlo todo. Siempre partimos del hecho de que nuestras relaciones han alcanzado tal grado de interacción y confianza (…) entonces, teóricamente, es bastante posible imaginar una alianza militar entre Rusia y China», dijo Putin durante una intervención en el club internacional de debate Valdái, celebrada este jueves 22 de octubre, según recoge la agencia TASS.
El mandatario ruso agregó que su nación y China realizan “regularmente” ejercicios militares en mar y tierra.
“Intercambiamos buenas prácticas en el campo de la construcción militar. Hemos logrado un alto nivel de interacción en el campo de la cooperación técnico-militar, y esto es probablemente lo más importante, no solo en el intercambio de productos o la compraventa de productos militares, sino en el intercambio de tecnologías”, celebró Vladimir Putin.
Según mencionó, esa cooperación aumenta la capacidad de defensa del ejército chino. “Rusia está interesada en esto. Cómo avanzará, la vida dispondrá (…) pero en principio no vamos a descartar (esa alianza militar)”, añadió.
Durante su mención a China, Putin aseguró que el vínculo con Pekín “ha alcanzado un nivel sin precedentes”, lo que involucra “relaciones de trabajo sólidas, estables pero, sobre todo, eficaces”.
También desveló que consulta “constantemente” con Xi Jimping, a quien llamó su amigo. “Siempre encontramos oportunidades para avanzar”, matizó.
“Estamos listos para continuar trabajando con nuestros amigos chinos exactamente en esta línea: de una manera amistosa, mutuamente respetuosa, y con el objetivo de lograr los máximos resultados” para ambas naciones, zanjó Vladimir Putin.
