Peluquero de mascotas provocó la muerte de perrita: El responsable quedó detenido
El suceso ocurrió en Estados Unidos, cuando un peluquero que fue llevado como veterinario, provocó la muerte de la perrita que estaba preñada
En Florida, Estados Unidos, quedaron conmocionados tras conocer la historia de ‘Sugar’, una perrita que estaba preñada y murió producto de una mala operación por parte de un peluquero de animales.
Se trata de Osvaldo Sánchez, un hombre de 61 años. El hombre, quien es peluquero de mascotas, fue presentado como veterinario a los dueños del animal.
Sugar tenía seis años cuando se encontraba preñada y no podía dar a luz. El supuesto veterinario intentó sacar al cachorro que tenía en su vientre, pero para entonces ya estaba muerto. A raíz de esto, le realizó un procedimiento de esterilización, cobrando 600 dólares (cerca de 500 mil pesos chilenos).
Posterior a esto la perrita mostró problemas, por lo que la llevaron a urgencias de una clínica de animales. Ahí detectaron que la herida de Sugar no se cerró el material adecuado, lo que provocó su infección.
El supuesto veterinario quedó detenido y es acusado de maltratar a un animal y de practicar la medicina veterinaria sin tener el permiso correspondiente, según detallan los medios locales.
