Médico de Trump afirma que mandatario habría sido diagnosticado de COVID-19 el miércoles
La información se da luego que el mandatario anunciara este viernes que dio positivo a la enfermedad. Según el personal médico, su estado de salud es bueno.
El doctor Sean Conley, médico del presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, aseguró que el mandatario fue diagnosticado como positivo a COVID-19 hace 72 horas, en otras palabras, el miércoles, un día antes de lo que se pensaba y un día después de su debate con el candidato demócrata, Joe Biden.
Según consigna Huffpost, el médico indicó que Trump tuvo síntomas el jueves, entre los que se incluían «tos leve y algo de congestión nasal y fatiga».
Sobre el estado del mandatario, manifestó que se encuentra «muy bien» y que «él no está con oxígeno (suplementario) en este momento».
De paso, Conley manifestó que el presidente se encuentra de buen humor y que está tomando un «cóctel experimental de anticuerpos».
La respuesta oficial se da luego que filtraciones a la prensa indicaran que su estado era «preocupante» y que las próximas 48 horas serían «críticas en lo que respecta a sus cuidados».
Algo que discrepa con lo manifestado por Conley.
