Madres pierden la custodia de sus hijos tras denunciar abuso sexual en Latinoamérica
En países como Colombia, Argentina o Brasil, decenas de mujeres pierden la custodia de sus hijos después de alertar sobre abuso sexual en el hogar, debido al uso de la polémica teoría de la Alienación Parental.
Por orden de funcionarios dentro del sistema de protección judicial en países como Colombia, Argentina o Brasil decenas de mujeres han perdido las custodias de sus hijos después de alertar sobre abuso sexual infantil dentro del hogar o por parte de sus exparejas,
Algunos jueces, comisarios y defensores de familia optan por entregar a los hijos al presunto abusador sexual, en su mayoría progenitores, como «castigo” por, supuestamente, lavarles el cerebro a sus hijos con mentiras, dice un grupo de madres a DW. Varias mujeres han denunciado estas vulneraciones a sus derechos y los de sus hijos ante los entes de control de sus países, sin mayores respuestas.
«Mi hija de 10 años, vive hace dos meses con su presunto abusador sexual por orden de una jueza de Familia de Bogotá, y en el momento de la entrega forzada fue maltratada física y psicológicamente en un centro zonal de atención a la infancia del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar. La defensora de Familia la jaló de los brazos y la retuvo con fuerza ante la negativa de la niña de irse con él, y esto le generó una crisis emocional y de ansiedad”, dice a DW una de las madres que denuncia violencia institucional y de género.
Le dejaron laceraciones en uno de sus brazos y pecho, en la institución que supuestamente protege los derechos de la infancia, enfatiza la progenitora.
Le pedimos a la defensora de Familia involucrada en ese caso comentarios al respecto, a lo cual el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar contestó a DW que sobre estos casos se guarda reserva para no revictimizar a los menores de edad, y que respetan la institucionalidad. Y confían en que las decisiones de los jueces siempre derivan de un proceso exhaustivo y responden de manera objetiva a la garantía de los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

Ella, como muchas otras madres, denuncia el uso de la polémica teoría de la Alienación Parental y el Síndrome de la Alienación Parental (SAP) que sotiene, según su acuñador e inventor, el médico estadounidense, Richard Alan Gardner 1985, que es la madre quien inventa el abuso sexual infantil para interferir en la relación paterno-filial.
Esta teoría la utilizan diversos sistemas judiciales en Latinoamérica, a pesar de que no está reconocida por la comunidad científica internacional, ni por la Asociación Americana de Psiquiatría, y ha sido rechazada incluso por el Comité de Expertas del MESECVI-OEA (Mecanismo de seguimiento de la Convención de Belém do Pará) y por la Relatora Especial Violencia contra las mujeres y las niñas de la ONU.
