«Los pobres salen sobrando»: Maestro exige a su alumno una webcam para clases virtuales
El maestro universitario pidió a sus estudiantes que activaran la cámara, pero uno de ellos comentó que no podía hacerlo porque la tenía “descompuesta”.
La pandemia del coronavirus provocó que millones de alumnos y profesores se adapten a la nueva modalidad de clases virtuales. Sin embargo, a través de las redes sociales, se han compartido varias grabaciones donde se aprecia a algunos maestros tener una actitud reprochable durante las lecciones.
Este último fin de semana, alumnos de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) publicaron un video en Facebook para denunciar el comportamiento clasista de un docente, quien fue identificado como Jorge Santijeral, del Colegio de Ciencias y Humanidades Plantel Sur (CCH Sur).
En la grabación se logró apreciar cómo el profesor se dirigió a sus alumnos y les pidió que encendieran sus cámaras. Sin embargo, uno de ellos lo interrumpió para explicarle que no podía activarla porque la tenía inoperativa, según Infobae.
“Está descompuesta, está totalmente rota, no puedo sacar mi video”, dice el alumno. “¿Entonces qué sentido tiene que tomen clase si no pueden tener los elementos?”, contestó enojado el docente.
Entonces, el universitario se defendió y le recordó a su profesor que en México existen muchas familias que a causa de la pandemia han visto seriamente afectada su economía como para adquirir nuevos dispositivos o reparar los que ya tienen.
“Profesor, eso es muy poco considerado, considerando que muchos compañeros no tienen acceso a sus cámaras. Muchos sus familias no pueden ni siquiera costearse una webcam”, señaló.
“Ese rollo sale sobrando, los pobres ya se quedaron”, respondió tajantemente el profesor.
El comentario del docente provocó indignación en miles de usuarios de las redes sociales, que calificaron su actitud de clasista y le recriminaron su falta de empatía en plena crisis económica y sanitaria que atraviesa el país.
“Ni todos los maestros son malos, ni todos los maestros son empáticos para entender el esfuerzo que implica estudiar la universidad. No todos los alumnos tienen lo necesario para cubrir esa expectativa. Ni todos los alumnos padecen de eso y abusan”, escribió una internauta.
