Detienen a profesora que llevaba a su alumno a un cementerio para tener encuentros sexuales
La maestra de Ciencias de la Familia y del Consumidor habría llevado al menor unas 3 veces hacia el macabro lugar para tener sexo. El caso sucedió en febrero de este año en Estados Unidos.
Cali Heikes, una profesora de secundaria estadounidense, de 25 años, se encuentra en graves problemas después de que se descubriera que recogía a uno de sus alumnos para llevarlo a un cementerio a tener relaciones sexuales, de acuerdo con las investigaciones que surgieron a partir de una denuncia anónima hecha a las autoridades del estado de Nebraska en febrero último.
Según la Policía, la profesora de Ciencias de la Familia y del Consumidor habría tenido la costumbre de recoger a uno de sus estudiantes de 17 años en su casa unas tres veces por semana para llevarlo a un cementerio, donde mantenían relaciones íntimas.
La denuncia se habría dado a conocer a las autoridades después de que alguien se percatara de dos autos saliendo del camposanto a altas horas de la noche.
Por ello, la Policía detuvo al menor en su vehículo, a quien se le consultó por lo que estaba realizando. Visiblemente nervioso, dijo que solo esperaba a su amiga ‘Cali’. El oficial logró tomar nota del otro automóvil que salía del área, un SUV Chevrolet negro que registra como dueña a la docente Heikes.
Debido a las sospechas, acudieron a la casa del estudiante, donde la hermana menor de él confirmó que había atrapado a la profesora mientras ingresaba a su hogar durante la noche.
Tras ello, la Policía consiguió una orden de allanamiento, por lo que buscarán incautar el teléfono de Heikes, así como otros dispositivos para investigar qué tipo de relación mantenían y desde cuándo esto sucedía. Si bien la edad de consentimiento en Nebraska es de 16 años, el sexo entre un maestro y un estudiante es ilegal debido a la autoridad que posee un profesor sobre un alumno.
Este delito es considerado como grave de Clase IIA, por ello, si se le declara culpable, Heikes podría enfrentar una pena de hasta 20 años en prisión. Por el momento, ha pagado una multa de US$2.000 hasta que continúen las indagaciones.
