Caso de niña de 11 años embarazada: su padrastro, principal sospechoso
El padrastro se encuentra prófugo de la justicia peruana. Aunque el estado de salud de la niña es estable, existe la posibilidad de someterla a un aborto.
El Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables de Perú condenó este jueves el caso de una niña de 11 años que se encuentra en estado de gestación, a raíz de la violación sexual cometida presuntamente por su padrastro, y pidió a las autoridades judiciales la inmediata ubicación y captura del agresor.
En un pronunciamiento, el ministerio peruano expresó su condena y rechazo a «todas las formas de violencia especialmente la ejercida contra nuestras niñas, niños y adolescentes».
Sobre el caso de la niña embarazada producto de una violación en la provincia de Ocros, en la región andina de Áncash, indicó que la Unidad de Protección Especial en la ciudad de Huaraz ha iniciado el procedimiento de desprotección familiar a favor de la niña.
Además, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Salud se viene brindando cuidado y atención integral a la menor.
El ministerio hizo un llamado al Ministerio Público (Fiscalía) y al Poder Judicial para que se realicen las diligencias necesarias de forma y se ordene «la inmediata ubicación y captura del agresor».
Por su parte, el Ministerio Público informó que la niña se encuentra internada en el Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia, en el área de gineco-obstetricia, «siendo su estado de salud estable, de acuerdo al informe médico» y «estando a la opinión de la Junta Médica de turno respecto a un posible aborto terapéutico, en caso esté en riesgo la vida de la menor».
Hace solo un mes, otra junta médica del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal aprobó aplicar el aborto terapéutico a otra niña de 11 años, que vivía en la ciudad amazónica de Iquitos, pues había quedado embarazada por la violación sistemática de su padrastro, quien seguía libre a pesar del delito cometido.
