“Renunció porque yo se lo pedí”: Elena Correa sobre su exabogado
La ex Miss Costa Rica aseguró que estaba inconforme con el trabajo de Fernando Beirute.
Este martes el abogado Fernando Beirute anunció que dejaría de representar a Elena Correa en el caso contra el empresario Carlos Rodríguez.
En entrevista con Teletica.com, la ex Miss Costa Rica confirmó la noticia, pero aseguró que fue ella la que le solicitó al abogado que diera paso a un costado porque estaba inconforme con el trabajo que Beirute venía haciendo.
Correa indicó que la forma de trabajar del abogado le causaba desconfianza.
“Las pruebas que él presentaba ante el Juzgado Contravencional de San Rafael de Heredia “ni siquiera se veían bien porque las mandaba por fax y eso da mucho que decir de él como profesional”, contó.
“Yo lo traté de consultar el viernes, se fue a una finca y no me volvió a contestar, y tuve que mandarle con uno de sus colegas la solicitud de su renuncia, tanto para la pensión alimentaria como para el caso por violencia doméstica. Y él presentó únicamente la de violencia (ayer), no porque él quisiera, sino porque yo se lo pedí. Sobre el tema de la pensión alimentaria, a este momento todavía no tengo la renuncia”, manifestó Elena.
Recordemos que la modelo demandó al empresario penalmente por violencia doméstica tras presuntos abusos físicos, psicológicos y sexuales.
