Banda ligada con quema de iglesias, satanismo y asesinatos anuncia concierto en Costa Rica
Los noruegos de The True Mayhem se presentarán por tercera ocasión en el país.
La oscuridad se apoderará de Costa Rica en marzo del 2023, pues The True Mayhem visitará por tercera ocasión nuestro país.
Una de las bandas más emblemáticas del black metal noruego no deja de hacer giras y una vez más le tocará a Tiquicia escuchar de nuevo toda esa rabia y distorsión sonora.
Así lo anunció la agrupación en sus redes sociales con una foto de los próximos destinos de su gira “Southern Ritual”. Esta negra ceremonia se realizará en Pepper Club, en Zapote, San José , el 15 de marzo de 2023.
Por el momento se desconoce cuál será el precio de las entradas, las localidades y la hora en la que se liberarán las entradas.
Mayhem, un grupo vigente desde los 80
Mayhem, un grupo vigente desde los años ochenta, estuvo en medio de la polémica durante sus primeros años, gracias a las portadas de sus discos, sus shows y a las muertes de dos de sus ex integrantes: el suicidio del vocalista Dead en 1991 y el asesinato del guitarrista Euronymous en 1993 a manos de Varg Vikernes.
A pesar de todo, los integrantes actuales han conservado la flama de esa oscuridad que nació en 1984 y que ha inspirado a cientos de músicos de todo el mundo con discos ya clásicos del género, como De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas.
El último álbum de los noruegos se lanzó en 2021, es un EP llamado Atavistic Black Disorder/ Kommando, en donde hay algunos temas inéditos y otros covers al estilo Mayhem de clásicos del punk rock. Para el show del próximo marzo también presentarán canciones de Daemon, placa lanzada en el 2019 y una mezcla de sus clásicos.
Actualmente Mayhem está formado por Necrobutcher, Hellhammer, Teloch, Attila Csihar y Ghul.
