Jueves de final, así quedaron las sanciones tras el juego de vuelta de la final de la segunda fase
La Liga solicitó que se sancionara al futbolista Pablo Arboine y que se vetara el estadio Ricardo Saprissa, mientras que Saprissa también pido la suspensión del Alejandro Morera Soto.
Los partidos de la gran final entre el Deportivo Saprissa y la liga Deportiva Alajuelense, calentaron desde hace días fuera de las canchas, ya que la polémica por temas de sanciones no pasaron en alto.
Por su parte el cuadro manudo solicitaba la suspensión del defensor morado Pablo Arboine e incluso, del estadio Ricardo Saprissa, mientras que los morados, pedían el veto del Alejandro Morera Soto.
A raíz de dichas solicitudes el Tribunal Disciplinario de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol (FEDEFUTBOL) dio a conocer su posición y determinó lo siguiente:
- Una multa al Deportivo Saprissa de 200 mil colones por ser la primera ocasión en la temporada que se lanzan objetos peligrosos que pueden causar lesión que no impactan a ninguna persona dentro del terreno de juego.
- Una multa al Deportivo Saprissa de 300 mil colones por no destacar las zonas amarillas por segunda ocasión en la temporada. Esta multa se eleva al doble de lo correspondiente por estar en instancias finales del campeonato.
En cuanto al tema de Arboine, el Tribunal Disciplinario indicó que sí podrá jugar el partido de ida de la gran final del Clausura 2023, esto bajo la siguiente justificación:
“Tras un análisis exhaustivo del video no se aprecia con certeza indubitable la existencia de una agresión por parte del jugador Pablo Arboine del Deportivo Saprissa en contra del jugador Josimar Alcocer de la Liga Deportiva Alajuelense, por tanto, no procede sanción alguna”, indicó el ente disciplinario.
¿Qué pasó con los vetos a los estadios?
Ninguno de los equipos sufrirán esta medida, noticia que al final beneficia a ambas partes, porque no tenemos dudas que lo mejor es jugar en sus propios estadios y con su afición apoyándolos.
“El día de hoy se realizó una audiencia de evacuación de prueba del proceso disciplinario con fines sancionatorios que se lleva bajo el expediente 09-2023, específicamente sobre la denuncia del Deportivo Saprissa en contra de Liga Deportiva Alajuelense por los hechos que se dieron en el juego disputado el pasado 2 de abril en el estadio Alejandro Morera Soto.”
“Se acordó tomar como prueba, para una mejor resolver, el video oficial del encuentro, una vez entregado poner en conocimiento de las partes y otorgar audiencia por tres días para que estas manifiesten lo que a bien tengan y presenten en el mismo plazo el respectivo alegato de conclusiones”, comunicó el Tribunal Disciplinario.
Asimismo, indicaron que el Deportivo Saprissa, presentó ante el ente una denuncia contra Martín Arriola, esto por lo ocurrido al final del segundo partido de la final de la segunda fase.
“El Tribunal pone en conocimiento de la Liga Deportiva Alajuelense y el señor Martín Arriola de una denuncia presentada por el Deportivo Saprissa, en donde el denunciante argumenta provocaciones a la afición contraria”, detallaron.
La gran final que desde ya se ha visto envuelta en polémica, arranca esta noche en el estadio Alejandro Morera Soto y el partido de vuelta se jugará este domingo 28 de mayo, en el Ricardo Saprissa.
