Por no acatar la ley: anti mascarillas son obligados a cavar tumbas para los fallecidos por COVID-19 en Indonesia
Las autoridades del país han decidido tomar drásticas medidas en contra de los que se niegan a portar mascarillas en medio de la pandemia.
La crítica situación sanitaria en la que se encuentran inmersas diversas naciones alrededor del mundo por la pandemia del COVID-19 ha obligado a sus respectivas autoridades a tomar medidas más drásticas en contra de los que, por alguna u otra razón, se niegan a cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad para evitar más contagios. El caso de Indonesia ha llamado la atención por la particularidad que tiene el castigo impuesto contra los que no quieren usar mascarilla en lugares públicos.
Según informa TribunNews, un medio de comunicación de dicha localidad, al menos ocho residentes de la provincia de Java Oriental que se negaron rotundamente a protegerse a sí mismos y al resto usando mascarillas fueron obligados a cavar tumbas para las víctimas del agresivo coronavirus. “Solo hay tres sepultureros disponibles en este momento, así que pensé que podría poner a estas personas a trabajar con ellos” declaró el político Suyono al portal.
Gracias a la rápida actuación de sus autoridades para evitar que la pandemia se propague a una velocidad alarmante, Indonesia ha identificado más de 222.000 casos de contagio y 8.841 muertes por COVID-19 en lo que va del 2020. No obstante, la presencia del movimiento anti mascarillas comienza a ser un problema en diversos territorios dado que se rehúsan a cumplir con el protocolo de seguridad impuesto por el Gobierno por incredulidad u otros factores.
