Niño de 12 años que se encuentra en la UCI esta ‘’muy grave’’
Usuarios de redes sociales se han unido en cadena de oración para pedir por el pequeño.
Este viernes, la cantidad de personas hospitalizadas en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) aumentaron.
En solo 24 horas un niño de tan solo 12 años fue internado en la UCI y su condición de salud es delicada. Según declaración de la doctora Olga Arguedas, directora del Hospital Nacional de Niños a Telenoticias, el pequeño se encuentra muy grave.
‘’Ingresó al hospital anoche en condición muy grave y se encuentra en este momento en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos’’,dijo la doctora Olga Arguedas.
El centro médico no reveló más detalles del caso ni del estado actual del menor.
En redes sociales el caso ha causado conmoción y usuarios han iniciado cadenas de oración para pedir por el pequeño.
’’Unámonos en oración por todos los enfermos de este país y sanación total’’, escribió una usuaria.
Reporte COVID-19
Al 14 de agosto el país registra 802 casos nuevos de COVID-19, de los cuales 136 son por nexo epidemiológico y 666 por laboratorio, para un total de 26.931 casos confirmados, con un rango de edad de cero a 100 años. Se trata de 12.416 mujeres y 14.515 hombres, de los cuales 19.964 son costarricenses y 6967 son extranjeros.
Se contabilizan casos positivos en 82 cantones. Por edad tenemos: 22.459 adultos, 1704 adultos mayores y 2604 menores de edad, 164 se encuentran en investigación.
Se registran 8785 personas recuperadas en 80 cantones. Los casos recuperados tienen un rango de edad de cero a los 96 años, de las cuales 3936 son mujeres y 4849 son hombres, por edad tenemos: 7164 adultos, 397 adultos mayores, 1148 menores de edad y 76 se encuentran en investigación.
Para hoy se reportan nueve lamentables fallecimientos: seis hombres, y tres mujeres, con un rango de edad de 39 a 92 años.
En total se contabilizan 281 fallecimientos relacionados con COVID-19: 102 mujeres y 179 hombres, con un rango de edad de 23 a 100 años.
