Frente Amplio denuncia que la retórica de Chaves y Cisneros alimenta la violencia hacia la UCR
Los diputados del Frente Amplio han responsabilizado al presidente de la República, Rodrigo Chaves, y a la jefa de la fracción oficialista, Pilar Cisneros, por las recientes amenazas dirigidas a la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), argumentando que su retórica polarizadora alimenta un clima de tensión y violencia.
La universidad comunicó que se activó un protocolo de emergencia tras recibir una amenaza de bomba, lo que resultó en la evacuación de los edificios de Estudios Generales, Aulas y la Biblioteca Carlos Monge Alfaro este lunes. El mensaje recibido advertía: “Tenemos bombas listas para detonar en Generales, Aulas y la Monge que vamos a incendiar”.
El diputado Jonathan Acuña también se pronunció, afirmando que “a esto conduce el discurso del presidente. Alimentan esto esas voces antidemocráticas. Obviamente, con cobardía, no se harán responsables nunca de lo que generan”.
Acuña enfatizó que “ante el autoritarismo que alimentan con sus discursos, estas amenazas requieren una respuesta contundente de los sectores y personas demócratas, que deben surgir en unidad”.
Mientras tanto, el diputado Ariel Robles señaló que “la amenaza de bomba a la UCR viene de un hackeo a cuentas. Las formas del correo no son la única amenaza. La amenaza más peligrosa es de quienes mueven los hilos de esta estrategia por polarizar. Crear caos. Hasta que un día ese caos nos lleve al no retorno. ¡Muy preocupante!”.
