Óscar “Machillo” Ramírez, el actual Coordinador de Desarrollo y Rendimiento de Liga Deportiva Alajuelense, ha aclarado los motivos que lo llevaron a asumir el cargo en las divisiones menores en lugar de dirigir al primer equipo. En un video compartido por la Unafut, el técnico explicó su decisión y su pasión por trabajar con las jóvenes promesas del club.
La pasión por la formación
Ramírez reveló que desde siempre ha sentido un fuerte interés por el desarrollo de jóvenes talentos. “A mí siempre me ha gustado. Es un tema que muchas veces yo me quedaba entrenando solo algo a mejorar, entonces algunos muchachos se quedaban conmigo”, comentó. Esta dedicación hacia los jugadores jóvenes lo motivó a aceptar el reto de las ligas menores, donde considera que puede hacer una diferencia significativa.
Con este cambio, Ramírez espera no solo mejorar el rendimiento de las ligas menores, sino también sentar las bases para el futuro del club, asegurando que las nuevas generaciones estén bien preparadas para enfrentar los retos del fútbol profesional.
