Imponen nueva pena al asesino de Allison Bonilla ahora deberá descontar 35 años de prisión
La nueva pena contra alias “Sukia” fue impuesta este jueves 28 de setiembre.
Nelson Enrique Sánchez Ureña, alias “Sukia”, asesino de la joven cartaginesa, Allison Bonilla, ahora deberá descontar la pena máxima permitida en el país por el delito de homicidio calificado.
Esto se debe a que este jueves 28 de setiembre, en el Tribunal Penal de Cartago se le impuso la nueva pena de 35 años a alias “Sukia”.
Asimismo, el defensor de la familia de Allison, aseguró que la familia de Bonilla recibió de buena manera la nueva sentencia, con la cual cierran un tremendo y doloroso capítulo en sus vidas.
“La verdad que estamos muy complacidos, evidentemente no habrá nada en el mundo que pueda devolverles a Allison; sin embargo, complacidos y contentos porque al menos se hace justicia, ya pueden cerrar ese capítulo, se hizo justicia, se le impuso la pena máxima a este sujeto que era lo que la familia quería.
Doña Yendry, la mamá de Allison, estaba muy emocionada, la abuelita, las tías, las primas, toda la gente que estuvo en el Tribunal lloraron, se abrazaron, realmente complacidas con la sentencia”, agregó el abogado.
En cuanto al asesinato de Allison, conmovió al país completo luego de que sus restos fueron encontrados sets meses después de búsqueda y en avanzado estado de descomposición en un botadero clandestino con un precipicio de unos 400 metros de profundidad, en San Jerónimo de Cachí de Paraíso de Cartago, esto el 28 de setiembre de 2020, es decir hace tres años.
