Líder narco que gozaba de libertad condicional y que fue detenido ayer quedó en libertad otra vez
Trascendió que a alias “Press” no le impusieron medidas cautelares adicionales a las que ya tiene.
Si bien ayer miércoles en horas de la mañana agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), dieron con la detención de un hombre apellidado Alfaro Bustamante, conocido como “Press” y el cual gozaba de libertad condicional, según trascendió fue puesto libre nuevamente.
De acuerdo con las autoridades la detención de “Press” este miércoles se dio debido a una presunta violación de sellos contra los recursos naturales e invasión a un área protegida, y el sujeto fue puesto en libertad después de una audiencia que se llevó a cabo en los tribunales de Limón.
En cuanto a la detención de este miércoles 20 de setiembre, ocurrió en Guadalupe de Cartago después de que las autoridades emitieran una orden de captura contra “Press” por no presentarse a la audiencia convocada por el presunto delito de violación de sellos contra los recursos naturales.
Este sujeto quien sin duda es un viejo conocido de las autoridades, en el 2021 fue condenado a nueve años de cárcel por narcotráfico, pero en abril del presente año por orden del Juzgado de Ejecución de la Pena de Alajuela, recibió el beneficio de libertad condicional esto después de que presentara una solicitud indicando que ya había cumplido el tercio de la pena que se le impuso.
