Elon Musk lanza una nueva función en X para competir contra LinkedIn: Hiring
Para Elon Musk, el nivel de “vergüenza ajena” en LinkedIn es tan alto, que “no se atreve a usarlo”. X (nuevo nombre de Twitter) ya tiene a su rival: Hiriing.
Elon Musk ha vuelto a la carga y ahora ha criticado a LinkedIn, la red social relacionada al uso empresarial y laboral de Microsoft.
El multimillonario dueño de X (antes Twitter) ha aprovechado la oportunidad y ha lanzado la versión beta de Hiring, una nueva herramienta propia de la red social donde las empresas podrán publicar vacantes de empleo para todo tipo de puestos.
“Cringe”
“¿Hay algo peor que LinkedIn?”, preguntó un usuario en la plataforma.
Musk respondió: “A veces la gente me envía enlaces de LinkedIn, pero el nivel de ‘cringe’ (vergüenza ajena) es tan alto que simplemente no me atrevo a usarlo”.

Así funciona Hiring
Musk realizó toda esta antesala para que este mismo lunes lanzara Hiring, una función dentro de X para poder competir contra LinkedIn.
Con esta nueva función, las empresas podrán publicar vacantes de empleo para todo tipo de puestos y sus seguidores podrán postular a ellas. Las ofertas se verán reflejadas en una pestaña nueva dentro de los perfiles de las organizaciones.

Sin embargo, debes tener en cuenta dos cosas. La primera y más importante es que solo las compañías que se han suscrito a la red social con X Premium podrán publicar vacantes de empleo. Lo segundo es que, si ya estas suscrito, deberás pedir manualmente el acceso a esta función desde el sitio web de la empresa debido a que aún se encuentra en fase beta (de pruebas antes del lanzamiento general).
Este paso solo es uno más dentro del objetivo de Elon Musk de que X se convierta en una superapp con funciones combinadas. El multimillonario quiere que este servicio sea tan completo que no necesite del trabajo de otras en múltiples funciones como lo social, el entretenimiento y hasta las finanzas.
