Papa Francisco denuncia la desinformación y la califica de ‘primer pecado del periodismo’

El papa Francisco se mostró este sábado preocupado ante la posibilidad de que la «desinformación» y las noticias falsas, que considera como el «primer pecado del periodismo», busquen influir en la opinión pública.
«La desinformación es el primer pecado, el primer error -digámoslo así- del periodismo», afirmó el pontífice, durante un acto celebrado en el Vaticano para la entrega de un premio de periodismo a reporteros italianos.

El papa Francisco, de 86 años, hizo un llamado a la «responsabilidad» en momentos en que «Europa atraviesa una situación dramática, con la guerra en Ucrania que continúa».
