En El Salvador, líder de Mara Salvatrucha fue condenado a más de 630 años de prisión
Un tribunal de El Salvador impuso esa condena contra el criminal por su participación en 23 asesinatos y otros delitos. Durante el régimen de excepción en el gobierno de Nayib Bukele, más de 72.000 personas acusadas de pertenecer a pandillas han sido detenidas.
Un tribunal contra el crimen organizado de El Salvador condenó a 634 años de prisión a un líder de la Mara Salvatrucha MS13 por su participación en 23 homicidios y otros delitos, informó este martes, 15 de agosto de 2023, Centros Judiciales.
La fuente identificó al pandillero como Amadeo Yovany Hernández Perla, alias Grillo, quien también fue procesado por dos casos de proposición y conspiración para cometer el delito de homicidio agravado, organizaciones terroristas, extorsión agravada, robo agravado, hurto y homicidio tentado.
La fuente tampoco precisó los años de cárcel impuestos al líder de la MS13 por cada homicidio cometido.
Las pandillas, un fenómeno considerado como herencia de la guerra civil de El Salvador (1980-1992) y que se fortaleció con la deportación de pandilleros de Estados Unidos, resistieron los planes de seguridad implementados en las últimas cuatro administraciones.
