UH: Harry Bodaan y Luis Carlos Miranda fueron declarados libres en caso de María Luisa Cedeño
El único condenado fue el bailarín Teodoro Herrera a 50 años de cárcel.
Hace pocos minutos se dio a conocer la sentencia del juicio que se seguía contra Teodoro Herrera, Harry Bodaan y Luis Carlos Miranda, por el asesinato de la doctora María Luisa Cedeño.
Según se declaró en la sala de juicios por los jueces Sandra Arrieta, César Palma y Rodrigo Salas, el único culpable de cometer el atroz crimen contra Cedeño, es el bailarín Teodoro Herrera, quien fue condenado a 50 años de prisión.
Asimismo, los jueces declararon absueltos por dudas al empresario Harry Bodaan y al administrador Luis Carlos Miranda.
En cuanto a Herrera, quien laboró en el hotel de Bodaan como bartender unos meses antes del crimen, también fue culpado por tres violaciones en perjuicio de la anestesióloga, una oral, una vaginal y la última anal.
Los 50 años de cárcel para el bailarín se desglosaron de la siguiente manera: 32 años por un homicidio calificado y 18 por las agresiones sexuales.
Asimismo, los decisores del Tribunal Penal de Quepos, indicaron que mientras la resolución adquiere vigencia, el imputado deberá permanecer en prisión preventiva.
El crimen de María Luisa ocurrió el 20 de julio de 2020 en el hotel La Mansión Inn, en playa Manuel Antonio, en Quepos.
