Exnovia de Bad Bunny lo demanda por 40 millones de dólares: ¿cuál es el motivo?

Bad Bunny se encuentra metido en una nueva controversia y es que su exnovia y musa de primeras canciones Carliz de la Cruz Hernándezle pidió una compensación de al menos 40 millones de dólares por derechos morales de autor, derechos de imagen y daños y perjuicios. Pero ¿qué cosa fue lo que hizo el artista puertorriqueño sin su autorización? Resulta que Benito ha utilizado el estribillo “Bad Bunny, baby”en varias de sus canciones sin haberle pedido permiso a su expareja, quien es la persona que lo dice con él.
¿Por qué Bad Bunny fue demandado por su exnovia Carliz de La Cruz?
Carliz de la Cruz, quien es licenciada en Derecho desde 2021, busca la indemnización no menor de 30 millones de dólares por haber utilizado la frase “Bad Bunny, baby” en distintas canciones sin su autorización.

Cabe destacar que la demandante tuvo un largo romance con Bad Bunny desde antes que este se convirtiera en famoso, pues ella agendaba sus presentaciones, era una parte importante en el lanzamiento de sus canciones y le ayudaba con las facturas y contratos, según reporta Milenio. En ese sentido, Carliz ayudó a Benito a sacar la icónica frase “Bad Bunny, baby”.
Asimismo, en el documento legal refiere que la demanda va dirigida a Rimas Entertainment, Noah Kamil Assad Byrne, Rimas Classics LLC y otras nueve corporaciones con las que ha trabajado el intérprete de “Un verano sin ti”.
¿Qué dice la demanda de Carliz de la Cruz en contra a Bad Bunny?
“Con la intención de que la frase ‘Bad Bunny, baby’ fuese más original todavía, ambos tuvieron la idea de que lo mejor es que se grabara con la voz de Carliz, su novia”, se lee en el documento legal.
En las canciones que podemos escuchar este estribillo son “Pa ti” y en “Dos Mil 16”.
Asimismo, Carliz denuncia que se ha excluido su nombre en los créditos de estas canciones, que se han vuelto populares. “Los demandados utilizaron la voz distinguible de la demandante… sin su consentimiento para canciones, discos, promociones, conciertos en el mundo entero y plataformas sociales y musicales, televisión y radio”, se lee en el documento. “Lo que la demandante considera ‘explotación comercial de su voz, de su identidad sin su consentimiento, en todas las facetas del negocio de la música alrededor del mundo. Durante ese tiempo, estos nunca hablaron sobre la utilización de la voz de la demandante en la canción ‘Pa ti’”, refiere la demanda.
