San José: Nicaragüense y colombiano vendían hamburguesas y gallo pinto con cocaína
El allanamiento se realizó en La Merced.
El Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) dio a conocer el viernes anterior la captura de una mujer de origen nicaragüense y un hombre de nacionalidad colombiana señalados de vender droga de manera camuflada en hamburguesas, gallo pinto y refrescos.
La droga era vendida en una soda que la pareja tenía en el distrito La Merced, en San José.
La nicaragüense de 35 años fue identificada por el OIJ únicamente con el apellido González y el colombiano como Albert, de 40. Ambos son señalados como infractores de la Ley de Psicotrópicos.
Cinco meses de investigación
Agentes del OIJ revelaron al diario La Teja que previo al allanamiento del negocio hubo un trabajo investigativo que inició en septiembre del 2022, después de recibir varias llamadas telefónicas anónimas.
“La modalidad que utilizaban estas personas era incluir las presuntas drogas en los diferentes platos de comida o bebidas que se comercializaban en esta venta de comida”, indicó una fuente del OIJ al citado medio.
En el desmantelamiento del negocio narco la Policía utilizó un dron que sobrevoló el local, donde se observa como los investigados se deshacían de una cantidad considerable de droga.
En el registro la Policía encontró una bolsa con cocaína oculta en una olla con gran cantidad de gallo pinto. Además, a los implicados se les decomisó una cantidad alta de dinero, presumiblemente proveniente de la venta de droga.
Los dos sospechosos quedaron en manos del Ministerio Público.
