Horror en Orosi: intentan asaltar a joven y luego lo matan a puñaladas
De acuerdo con testigos, la víctima, de 20 años, se desplazaba en una motocicleta cuando fue atacado.
Un joven de 20 años identificado como Derek Montenegro Granados fue asesinado en un aparente intento de asalto. El hecho ocurrió el pasado sábado 21 de enero a las 3:45 p.m. en las cercanías de la iglesia de Purisil de Orosi, en Paraíso de Cartago.
De acuerdo con el periódico La Teja dos sujetos se habrían abalanzado contra Montenegro y luego lo apuñalaron en el pecho.
Según informó el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), el suceso se dio cuando Derek se desplazaba en una motocicleta, en compañía de otra persona, de pronto fue interceptado por dos sujetos que viajaban en bicicletas.
“Estos sujetos presuntamente intentaron asaltarlos y en determinando momento se abalanzaron con aparentes armas blancas contra Montenegro causándole dos heridas en el tórax”, indicó la oficina de prensa de la Policía Judicial.
Luego de cometer el ataque, los sospechosos abandonaron sus bicicletas y huyeron del lugar.
Mientras que Montenegro fue llevado por un vehículo particular a un centro médico. En el camino se encontraron con una unidad de la Cruz Roja, cuyos paramédicos examinaron al muchacho y lo declararon fallecido.
La noche del sábado, el Ministerio de Seguridad Pública informó que cerca del lugar del suceso detuvieron a tres hombres que, en apariencia, estarían vinculados con el homicidio del joven de 20 años.
Sin embargo, el OIJ indicó a La Teja que, por el momento, no cuentan con ningún sospechoso detenido por este caso.
