Nace ‘Canal 1’, una nueva propuesta televisiva con “espíritu costarricense”
El canal comenzará a emitir a partir del próximo 15 de marzo y tendrá sus estudios en Sabana Sur.
Una nueva propuesta se colocará en la parrilla televisiva costarricense. Es el proyecto Canal 1, el nombre comercial elegido para el canal de televisión abierta que comenzará a emitir a partir del próximo miércoles 15 de marzo.
La información fue dada a conocer por Jorge Abarca Arce, presidente de la propuesta por medio de un boletín de prensa.
Canal 1 tendrá sus estudios en Sabana Sur, cerca de la Contraloría General de la República.
“Gracias a un tesonero esfuerzo de inversión local, la empresa Canal 1, de televisión, anuncia el inicio de sus operaciones en el país, bajo esa marca comercial, para el próximo 15 de marzo del año en curso”, indica el comunicado.
De acuerdo con el boletín la televisora podrá verse por el canal 1.1, tanto en televisión abierta como digital, gracias al cambio de la tecnología ISDBtv.
“Canal 1.1 en su señal principal contará con una programación que incluye un prime time de 7:00 p.m. a 10:00 p.m. en el que tendremos un noticiero estelar, y una grilla variada de programas que incluyen: superación personal, motivación, deportes, análisis, tecnología, humor y musicales, entre otros que estarán vinculados con el alma costarricense”, agrega el comunicado.
Sobre los talentos de pantalla, Abarca, manifestó que el nuevo canal contará con dos reconocidos periodistas nacionales de gran trayectoria, además de panelistas expertos en tecnología, economía, ciberseguridad y reconocidos exfutbolistas. Pero no reveló ningún nombre.

Jorge Abarca enfatizó que esta nueva propuesta será posible “gracias a un tesonero esfuerzo de inversión local”.
