¡Insólito! Chofer de funeraria huye en la carroza fúnebre con cadáver a bordo
Los hechos se dieron en Guatuso de Alajuela.
La noche de este martes 6 de diciembre, se dio un hecho insólito “como sacado de película”, luego de que el conductor de un carro fúnebre huyó con el cadáver de un hombre y luego lo dejó botado a su suerte, esto en Guatuso de Alajuela.Según indicó el Ministerio de Seguridad Pública (MSP) por medio de su Oficina de Prensa el reporte de desaparición se dio a las 10:00pm, cuando informaron que el chofer de la carroza fúnebre, de apellido Espinoza, no llegó a su destino y en lugar de ello huyó con el cuerpo.
En el informe policial indica que Espinoza, antes de que se reportara la desaparición mantuvo una llamada con una persona, expresando que ya estaba llegando al lugar donde debida ir a dejar el cuerpo.Asimismo, se indica que los familiares del fallecido expresaron que observaron pasar la carroza, le hicieron señas al conductor, pero este no se detuvo, por lo que alertaron a las autoridades, quienes detectaron el vehículo y tampoco lograron que se detuviera por lo que trataron de seguir el carro, pero le perdieron la pista.
Para fortuna de los familiares del fallecido, tiempo después del reporte los agentes policiales indicaron que encontraron la carroza en Jicarito, con las puertas abiertas, sin el conductor, sin llaves y con el ataúd adentro.
“Familiares del fallecido se apersonaron a la zona, se coordinó con la Fiscalía, quienes indicaron que estos se podían llevar el féretro, por lo que la empresa funeraria envió otro carroza. Además, se indicó que, los encargados de la funeraria procedieran a interponer la denuncia por la desaparición del conductor”, indicó el MSP.
Con respecto al conductor, trascendió que policías que patrullaban por la zona de los hechos, al ser las 4:00am de este miércoles lograron observar a un hombre en una parada de autobuses, que portaba un uniforme con insignias de una funeraria, y a los oficiales consultarle, indicó que él huyó porque notó que lo seguía una motocicleta y un pick-up que le hicieron cambio de luces por lo que salió huyendo.
“Luego indicó, que tiempo después lo venía siguiendo otro vehículo que le hizo también cambio de luces, por lo que creyó que le querían hacer algo y que por esa razón dejó el carro fúnebre botado y escapó para esconderse”, se lee en el informe.
Las autoridades indicaron que como parte de sus funciones le indicaron al conductor que él podía interponer una denuncia, sin embargo, se desconoce si lo hizo o no, así como qué medidas tomó la empresa con el chofer.
