Rodrigo Chaves remodela el gabinete y prescinde de tener ministro de Comunicación
El mandatario optó por solo tener una directora de Comunicación, la periodista Laura Brenes.
Luego de presentar oficialmente a la periodista Laura Brenes como directora de Comunicación de Casa Presidencial, el mandatario, Rodrigo Chaves Robles, anunció que decidió prescindir de la figura de ministro o ministra de Comunicación durante su administración.
“Aprovecho para decir que no habrá en esta administración, ministro o ministra de Comunicación, como ha sido la tradición de muchas de las administraciones”, indicó el presidente Chaves.
“Ese ministerio no existe, en el sentido de tener una ley orgánica, siempre ha sido un ministerio sin cartera y he decidido que con la capacidad de doña Laura (Brenes) es suficiente tener una directora de Comunicación”, agregó.
El cargo estaba vacante tras la destitución de la periodista Patricia Navarro el pasado 2 de septiembre.
Brenes llegó en sustitución de Armando Gómez, quien ocupaba ese rol en Presidencia desde que Navarro era la jerarca de Comunicación.
