Ministerio de Trabajo ordena inspecciones en tiendas donde vapulearon a empleadas
Además la Policía Municipal de San José confirmó que ha realizado múltiples intervenciones en esa cadena de tiendas.
El Ministerio de Trabajo ordenó la inspección de todas las tiendas de la empresa donde, al parecer, torturaron a dos empleadas.
Dos personas son investigadas por la golpiza a dos mujeres que laboraban en uno de los locales ubicados en San José de la reconocida cadena de tiendas. El atroz hecho ocurrió el pasado 14 de agosto.
El viernes 11 de noviembre una trabajadora de las tiendas fue detenida por el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) como presunta autora de las agresiones y el Ministerio Público confirmó que un ciudadano de origen oriental también está incluido en la causa.
“La Fiscalía adjunta del Primer Circuito Judicial de San José informó que, dentro del expediente 22-022207-0042-PE, investiga a una mujer de apellidos Alvarado Dávila y a un hombre de apellido Hu, por el presunto delito de privación de libertad agravada”, indicó el Ministerio Público.
“El viernes únicamente se detuvo a la sospechosa, tras lo cual, a solicitud de la Fiscalía, el Juzgado Penal de la zona le impuso las medidas cautelares de firmar cada 15 días y no intimidar, molestar, agredir, acercarse o comunicarse con las víctimas y testigos por ningún medio o persona, ambas por el plazo de cinco meses”,agregó la entidad.
De acuerdo con una información de Telenoticias, el Ministerio de Trabajo, indicó que hasta el momento ninguna de las personas afectadas o empleados de la cadena de tiendas ha denunciado presuntas anomalías.
Las ofendidas en la causa denunciaron el caso ante el Juzgado de Trabajo.
El director de la Policía Municipal de San José, Marcelo Solano, confirmó al noticiero de canal 7 que se han realizado diversas intervenciones en esa cadena de tiendas.
“En un inicio algunas operaron sin las licencias comerciales lo que originó a la clausura posteriormente atendimos varias denuncias por contaminación sónica, de hecho, una activista social llegó a ser intimidada por trabajadores de esta tienda cuando se les solicitó que bajaran el volumen, en esta tienda ubicada en la Avenida Primera lo que generó dos clausuras, posteriormente atendimos a principios de año otro incidente en otra tienda de esta misma cadena que tenía que ver con una agresión a en principio una persona habitante de calle, en esa ocasión otro local quedó clausurado y ahora conocimos el video en el que dos jóvenes están siendo prácticamente torturadas”, explicó Solano.
